On August 2nd, 2018 AYLUS Pearland participated in a community garden cleanup with the Pearland Parks and Recreation. The four volunteers arrived at the Stella Roberts Recycling Center early in the morning with bright smiles. After a short rundown of the day’s activities, the four volunteers set off to uproot all of the harmful plants from the community pollinator garden. Each of them worked diligently to finish the project and unweed the garden. After working for many hours, the group completed the task and gave the garden a new shining look.
