On April 21, 2018, volunteers from the AYLUS Columbus Branch attended the Community Champion Awards ceremony in Dublin, Ohio. The award recipients were Lawrence Zhang, Aidan Li, Amy Xuan, Alice Nie, Eileen Liang, and Michelle Lin. Each person received a small gift bag, medal, and rose for their efforts to volunteering in the community. Due to Alice’s strong dedication to volunteering, she received a special honor of a 100$ scholarship. Many of the other honorees at the event were a strong inspiration to the volunteers of the AYLUS Columbus Branch.
