The Houston Branch accumulated school supplies for an entire week to donate to the Star of Hope foundation. On August 10th, although in the hot temperatures of Houston, the Houston Branch members went door-to-door to gain donations and to raise the awareness of kids without school supplies on their very first day of school. All accumulated donations were used to buy school supplies. The items were then organized into boxes and were prepared to be donated! On August 11th, the Houston Branch delivered the school supplies to the Star of Hope Foundation.
