On June 2nd, 2023, three students in Pittsburgh, PA founded the 136th branch of the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS): South Pittsburgh, PA.

Description of the South Pittsburgh Branch
The South Pittsburgh branch strives to serve and improve our community to the best of our ability by following the three goals implemented in AYLUS: leadership, integrity, and innovation. For the beginning of the branch, some ideas we will strive to complete include virtual tutoring for students, beautifying our community, playing live music for senior citizens, and contributing to local food banks. This is just the beginning for this branch. We are certain that more and more distinctive ideas will be presented as our group grows. We are very pleased to be able to serve the South Pittsburgh community and hope to make positive and memorable impacts.
