Description of Howard County Branch

AYLUS, or the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States, is a student-run non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of communities across the country. AYLUS is a PVSA (Presidential Volunteer Service Award) Certifying Organization and can help its members apply for PVSA Gold, Silver, and Bronze service medals.

The Howard County branch of the Alliance of Youth Leaders is committed to addressing pressing issues and shaping a better future with a dedicated team of passionate individuals. Our mission is to enhance community empowerment and foster a greater sense of unity. We are designed to focus on environmental protection, civic engagement, and caring for people in need through a range of volunteer projects that engage and unite our community.

Our branch welcomes high school students as well as junior members from kindergarten through 8th grade, aiming to foster a spirit of volunteerism from an early age. So, if you’re a student in Maryland, we invite you to join this AYLUS branch. Together, we can help each member achieve their full potential while also benefiting our community.
