AYLUS Posts Guide

1. An AYLUS branch reports on the AYLUS.ORG website about the activities organized by the branch. These posts will be used as proof of members volunteer time.
2. Activities organized by an AYLUS branch require at least 2 members to participate (not including advisor).
3. The report needs to clearly describe the activity content, time, and location of the event.
4. The name of each participating member and the time of service for each member must be stated in the report.
5. The report needs to include photos of all members acting in the event.
6. Each report only reports on a specific event at a specific time and place. It should not report multiple activities, or same/similar activity over a period.
7. The report cannot be modified after one month after it is published. If it needs to be modified after one month, it must be approved by the headquarters, otherwise it will be treated as an invalid report.

Reports that do not meet the above requirements are likely to be treated as invalid proof.
