AYLUS Posts Guide

AYLUS Reports Guidelines

  1. Each AYLUS branch should report the activities it organizes on the AYLUS.ORG website. These reports serve as proof of volunteer service hours for members.
  2. Activities organized by a branch must include participation by at least two members (excluding advisors).
  3. Reports must clearly describe the activity’s content, date, time, and location.
  4. The report must list the names of all participating members along with the number of service hours for each.
  5. It is recommended to include the name(s) and service hours of the advisor(s) who led the activity to facilitate future volunteer award applications.
  6. Each report must include photos of the participating members taken during the activity.
  7. Each report should cover only one specific activity that took place at a specific time and location. Do not combine multiple activities or events into one report.
  8. The time student leaders spend organizing activities and writing reports is considered their responsibility and cannot be counted as volunteer hours. However, time spent by advisors organizing activities or providing transportation can be counted as volunteer hours.
  9. Reports may not be modified one month after publication. Any changes needed after that must be approved by headquarters; otherwise, the report may be considered invalid.

Reports that do not meet the above requirements are likely to be treated as invalid proof.
