On November 20th, the Greater Princeton Branch of AYLUS (GPA) concluded its “2021 Toys for Tots” donation drive led by President Cassie Tammy Wang, Committee Chairs Sarah Yan and Donna Nagorny.
GPA members raised funds to provide toys to supplement the collections of local Toys for Tots Campaigns, to provide promotional and support material and defray the costs of conducting annual Toys for Tots Campaigns. The primary goal of Toys for Tots is, through the gift of a new toy, to help bring joy and send a message of hope to America’s less fortunate children.
During the 2 hours, GPA members Donna Nagorny, Kevin Chen, Jerry Chen, Xin Chen, Zeyuan Dong, Ruofei Mao, Elizabeth Ma, and more, delivered 50+ new toys/games to Ewing Township Fire Department (1666 Pennington RD). The firefighters will have the toys distributed at emergent scenes to comfort affected children upon their arrivals.
