Due to the continuous challenging time and the spread of Covid-19 within the community, RCA members Blake Chrisman, Sophie Chung, and Alyssa Paulsen got together virtually on August 26th, to continue working on RCA’s mental health series. This series is meant to address the challenge and raise awareness of mental health issues across all ages during this difficult time. It is also meant to bring joy and smiles to people’s faces by writing cheerful messages and drawing positive images. The rocks were then placed within local parks in the community. Since the start of this series, the neighborhoods have reacted positively to this project. Thus RCA will continue to work on this on a regular basis to brighten people’s minds and moods within the community.
