On August the 17th, 2021, William Gong, from the AYLUS Lake Washington Branch, participated in a local event organized by The Food Lifeline where he helped sort and organize donated food. The Food Lifeline collects millions of pounds of food yearly to help the local homeless population, who have received less support than they need due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The event lasted from 11:30 to 3:30
