On March 13, Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. The workouts in this session focused on arm strength and abs. Instructors began with a warmup of various cardio exercises including jumping jacks, high knees, and butt kicks. The first main set was alternating between 10 pushups (bend knees) and an ab exercise (flutter kick, pilates, crunches, in and outs). The second set alternated between leg raises and an exercise that involved weights (bicep curls, shoulder raises, tricep raises). We then repeated the sets so far and ended with a 1 minute plank hold. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole and Isabella Wu. The session lasted for 30 minutes.
