East Cobb Branch Holds Clothing Driving in February, 2021

Over the Winter Break on February 17thth, 2021, three members of AYLUS began sorting and donating clothes to help people that needed clothes in the forthcoming winter.

The members sorted no longer needed pants and clothes in his home. The articles of clothing were sorted based on what type of attire they were. Pants and shorts were shorted into different bags, and shirts and coats were also shorted into different bags. After shorting through lots of clothing, four large bags were ready to be shipped to the donation center at Goodwill.

This experience helped the members understand that giving away to others is extremely important, especially when there is an excess amount of clothing that could be used by others to a more important extent. The experience also helped the member understand that by helping others, the donator becomes happier to know that he made a difference, even if it may be a small one.
