On January 12th, 2021, three high school students in New York founded the eighty-sixth branch for the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS): Locust Valley, NY.

Description of the Locust Valley Branch
We want to start Locust Valley branch in order to get more kids involved with community service in our area and also start doing more for our own communities. Especially with the pandemic, we are sure that there are lots of places that need help and we all want to do what we can. We hope that kids not only from our school but from our different social circles will be inspired to join our branch. We will try to get together as often as possible and volunteer at places like shelters and food pantries.
