On May 12, 2020, in the sunny afternoon, the Greater Princeton Branch of AYLUS (GPA) Humanitarian Care Team accompanied Ms. Su Wei, sticking to their volunteer activities between 2pm and 5pm.
GPA volunteers prepared baked shrimp and performed a song for Ms. Su Wei. They had a walk with her along the Carnegie River later. Ms. Su has been bravely combating cancer for years. Accompanying is a very important part of helping people who are suffering, not just material support but also psychological. During this special time, let’s work together to melt the social isolation. GPA continues such activity to promote better care for people in need.
