Event Description

On October 23rd, 2026, members from the AYLUS Irvine Branch volunteered at a shopping center to mentor English learners and help navigate them through school in a social event at a shopping center. Volunteers talked with the learners to make them feel more included and have a safe space at school with people they are comfortable talking to.

Throughout this event, volunteers engaged with students from school that struggle with english and connected with them in meaningful ways. Members fostered community engagement and understanding through meaningful service towards English learners.
