AYLUS Great Neck Branch Tutoring at Station Library 150th (10/01/26)


On Thursday, October 1st, the Great Neck AYLUS Branch held a successful tutoring session at the Great Neck Station Library. Summer Lu helped students with seventh- and eighth-grade math. Joseph Pan worked with a fifth-grade student on AMC 8 preparation, while Xingzhi Li helped a student study U.S. history, focusing on presidents. Brian Zhang supported two students with English comprehension. Junlin Yu helped a sixth-grade student with math, grammar, and vocabulary, focusing on fractions and ratios without algebra. Olivia Kang assisted a third-grade student with English state-test preparation, focusing on reading comprehension and writing. Throughout the session, the tutors gave students individual attention and helped them strengthen their skills and confidence. The next session will be held on Tuesday, October 6th.
