Activity & Impact
On Saturday, September 26, from 8:00 to 10:00 AM, two members of the AYLUS North Hollywood volunteered at a habitat restoration day in Los Angeles. Volunteers assisted with invasive plant removal, helping with habitat restoration and wildfire resistance. Our members, in particular, made 800 seed balls, which were made from water, dirt, and native plant seeds. These seed balls would be left to dry, then scattered around the area so that more native plants could grow. Volunteers were then invited to join a nature and bird sighting walk.
