AYLUS Rancho Cucamonga Branch Volunteers at ALFC Generosity Center on 09/12/26

On September 12, 2026, members of the AYLUS Rancho Cucamonga Branch volunteered at the ALFC Generosity Center in Rancho Cucamonga. The volunteers arrived at 7:20 AM and remained at the center until 1:00 PM, completing 5.5 hours of community service. During their time there, they assisted with the center’s efforts to prepare and provide food to families and individuals in the surrounding community.

The volunteers helped with a variety of tasks throughout the event. They sorted and organized fresh produce, arranged pantry and canned food donations, and prepared grocery packages for families experiencing food insecurity. Each task played an important part in making sure food donations were properly organized and ready to be distributed.

Working at the center also gave the volunteers an opportunity to practice teamwork and responsibility. They communicated with one another, followed instructions, and worked efficiently to complete different assignments. Since many tasks needed to be completed in an organized manner, volunteers had to pay attention to details and cooperate with others to keep the process moving.
