As part of the Oral History Archive Project, Brian conducted an in-depth interview with the Delaware XC Hall of Fame founder and legendary cross country coach J. The process began with designing thoughtful interview questions and identifying a suitable recording location. After reaching out to the interviewee and securing a signed documentation permission form, the interview was recorded, capturing firsthand stories and insights from decades of Delaware XC history. Following the interview, the recording was edited and uploaded as a podcast episode, preserving this legendary coach’s voice and legacy for future generations.
The entire process — from planning to final upload — took approximately 5 hours.
