McLean Branch Tennis Clinic Continuation 07/26/2026

AYLUS McLean Branch plan to continue its mission of promoting the physical health of the community. On July 26th, AYLUS McLean Branch volunteers discusses their project of hosting free Tennis clinic this year.

Physical activity and access to sports are important components of a healthy and thriving community. In an effort to make tennis more accessible to local youth, McLean Branch of AYLUS have hosted free Tennis Clinic at the Longfellow middle school tennis courts, promoting fitness, mentorship, and inclusivity through youth-led service. AYLUS volunteers led the clinic by teaching basic tennis techniques, helping participants develop coordination and confidence, organizing fun drills and games, and encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship. The clinic welcomed players of all levels and ages.

The following AYLUS McLean members contributed: Emma Tao (2 hours), and Emma Zhang (2 hours), Lexin Zhu (2 hours). We are proud to continue using our passions to make a positive difference in our community.
