On June 25, 2026, AYLUS Morris Branch partnered with GRACE (Giving and Receiving Assistance for Our Community’s Essentials) in Summit, New Jersey, to support local families in need through a baby essentials donation drive. The initiative focused on collecting critical items for infants and young children, helping families access necessities that can be costly and difficult to obtain.
With the generous support of community members, AYLUS volunteers gathered a variety of baby supplies, including diapers, baby formula, baby wipes, and other infant care essentials. These items are among the most requested resources by families facing financial challenges and play an important role in ensuring the health and well-being of young children.
Throughout the collection effort, AYLUS members worked together to promote the drive, organize donations, and prepare the items for delivery. Volunteers demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and compassion while helping address an important community need. The project also provided an opportunity for young people to learn about the challenges some families face and the impact that community support can have on improving lives.
On the morning of June 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM, AYLUS volunteers delivered the donated baby items, baby formula, and diapers to GRACE in Summit. The organization will distribute these supplies directly to local families, ensuring that essential resources reach those who need them most.
This partnership reflects the shared commitment of AYLUS Morris Branch and GRACE to strengthening the community through service and support. By providing essential baby supplies, the donation drive helped ease the burden on parents and caregivers while promoting kindness and generosity throughout the community.
AYLUS Morris Branch extends its heartfelt gratitude to all donors and volunteers who contributed to the success of this project. The branch looks forward to continuing its collaboration with GRACE and supporting future initiatives that make a positive difference in the lives of local families.
