During the meeting, the team discussed the curriculum, lesson objectives, and the topics to be covered throughout the program.
Volunteers collaborated to determine who would be responsible for teaching each lesson and assigned instructors for each class day. An Excel schedule was created to organize the teaching assignments, lesson topics, and class timeline, ensuring that all volunteers clearly understood their roles and responsibilities.
In addition, the team planned a future in-person meeting to review and finalize the presentation materials. This follow-up meeting will provide an opportunity for volunteers to practice their presentations, receive feedback, and ensure consistency in the delivery of the course content.
The meeting was productive and resulted in a well-structured teaching plan for the Summer Robotics Class. The volunteers are continuing to work together to prepare engaging and educational lessons for participating students.
