On May 30, 2026, members of AYLUS participated in the FAM Annual Gala 2026 at Bella Collina Towne & Golf Club in San Clemente. Volunteers helped support Family Assistance Ministries’ largest fundraiser of the year, an event focused on raising funds to support local families and individuals facing food insecurity, housing instability, and financial hardship.
Before the event officially began, volunteers arrived early to assist with decorations and final event setup. Members helped prepare the venue to create a welcoming and organized environment for guests attending the gala.
Once the event started, volunteers served as part of the Event Support Team by helping guests throughout the evening. Volunteers answered questions, provided directions around the venue, and assisted attendees with understanding how to place bids on auction items. Members also guided guests to locations such as the dining room and auction area to help the event run smoothly and efficiently.
Throughout the evening, the gala remained busy with many attendees participating in the auctions and fundraising activities. Volunteers stayed attentive and ready to assist guests whenever support was needed, helping create a positive experience for everyone attending the event.
At the end of the gala, volunteers helped with final event support and cleanup tasks before leaving. The members of AYLUS contributed their time and effort to support an important community fundraiser while helping create a welcoming and organized experience for guests. Great work, volunteers!
