AYLUS Great Neck Branch Tutoring at Station Library 114th (5/28/26)

On Thursday, May 28th, 2026, Great Neck AYLUS held another tutoring session at the Great Neck Library Station Branch, where volunteers worked together to help students with a variety of subjects. Brian helped a student with French, reviewing vocabulary, pronunciation, and basic grammar concepts. Jason worked with a student on math, assisting them through practice problems. Linzi assisted a student with spelling and multiplication, helping them improve their spelling accuracy and multiplication fluency. Brendan worked with a student on reading comprehension, encouraging critical thinking, and helping them better understand passages. Summer supported a student with science, reviewing key concepts and answering questions to reinforce understanding. Through teamwork and patience, students were able to improve their skills and make progress on their assignments. Overall, the session was productive, and both students and volunteers benefited from the experience.
