Event 132: AYLUS Morris Branch Supports ECLC of New Jersey with Clothing Donation in May 2026

On May 30 at 10:00 AM, the AYLUS Morris Branch proudly partnered with ECLC of New Jersey, a nonprofit organization that has been serving children and adults with special needs since 1970. Through the efforts of dedicated AYLUS members and generous community supporters, the branch collected 80 pieces of spring and summer clothing to benefit individuals and families served by ECLC.

In the weeks leading up to the donation, members reached out to neighbors and local community members to gather gently used and well-maintained clothing suitable for the warmer seasons. The collection included a variety of spring and summer apparel, ensuring that recipients would have access to comfortable and practical clothing for everyday use.

On the morning of May 30, AYLUS volunteers delivered the donated items to one of ECLC’s donation locations in Madison, New Jersey. The donation was warmly received and will help support ECLC’s mission of providing educational, career, and community opportunities for individuals with special needs.

This project demonstrated the commitment of AYLUS members to serving the community through meaningful acts of kindness. By working together, students were able to promote sustainability through clothing reuse while also supporting an organization that has made a lasting impact on countless lives for more than five decades.

AYLUS Morris Branch extends its sincere gratitude to everyone who donated clothing and helped make this project possible. Through service and community engagement, young volunteers continue to make a positive difference and support organizations dedicated to improving the lives of others.
