On Friday, May 22, members of the Roslyn AYLUS Branch continued their canned food and supply drive to support the Roslyn Bulldog Pantry. Throughout the week, members collected a variety of items from the community, including canned food, juice, Clorox wipes, paper towels, and baby wipes. These donations were organized and delivered to the pantry to help families in need within the local community.
During the project, members worked together to sort, package, and transport the donated supplies. The group ensured that all items were properly organized before delivery so they could be distributed efficiently by the pantry. Volunteers were able to support local families and help the pantry maintain resources for those in need.
This experience allowed members to directly give back to the community while working together. Through teamwork, volunteers learned the importance of helping others and supporting organizations that provide resources to families in need. The project also encouraged responsibility, cooperation, and participation from all the volunteers.
