On April 9th, Great Neck AYLUS hosted another session at the Great Neck Library Station Branch from 6 to 7pm. Jason and Brian tutored a fifth-grade student in preparation for the English state test, focusing on reading comprehension, grammar, and test-style question practice. The student practiced answering short answer questions. Meanwhile, Siwoo tutored a fourth-grade student in math, covering foundational topics such as arithmetic operations and problem-solving skills. The session emphasized building confidence and accuracy through guided practice and repetition. Overall, it was a productive and engaging session, with both students showing improvement throughout the time together.
