
On March 5th, Great Neck AYLUS hosted another successful tutoring session at the Great Neck Library Station Branch from 6:00-7:00 pm. Siwoo Song helped a student with earth science, exploring the weathering and corrosion of rocks. Xingzhi Li helped a student with “Scratch”, a coding program, and also with other mathematics. Brian Zhang and Baiyu Chen helped multiple students in the tutoring session, including an older student with systems of equations in mathematics and a younger student with social studies, the study of Amazon. Summer Lu helped a student with biology and genetics, different punnet squares, and social studies, too. Lastly, Junlin Yu helped a younger student with a variety of questions involving unit conversion between imperial and metric units. Overall, it was another great tutoring session to continue the year.
