Reported by Cassie Tammy Wang

On September 15, 2019, Greater Princeton AYLUS (GPA) works closely with other branches, namely Columbus, Phoenix, Spring, and Miami to create our own newsletter “The AYLUS Times”. It is expected that such a monthly newsletter will help improve communication among AYLUS members nationwide, and advocate for the concept of “Community Service” wherever it is applicable.

The two pages of “The AYLUS Times” covers quite unique volunteering activities at six branches, including San Diego, Phoenix, East Cobb, Greater Princeton, Houston, and Columbus. In addition, in the page of A1, Announcements were made regarding: (1) Congrats to the Winners of Branch of the Month Award for August, 2019; (2) Join us on Walk to End Alzheimer’s Events; (3) AYLUS International Poster Contest, flyer attached (deadline: December 31, 2019).

The 2019-2020 Editorial Board of “The AYLUS Times” consists of the following eight members, with their branch names and service times included:

Editor-In-Chief: Cassie Tammy Wang (Greater Princeton, NJ; 8 hours), Michelle Zong (Columbus, OH; 8 hours)
