Throughout January, AYLUS San Clemente members have donated the recyclable bottles from their homes to local recycling centers in the first Recycling event of this year! The bottles are sorted by material from trash bags into baskets at any local recycling center and receive money in return. A total of $80.85 is being saved to be donated to the nearest Nature Reserve. This means our members are helping our planet by preventing plastic and other harmful materials from entering landfills and allowing plastic to be recycled and used for a better purpose. Thank you to all 10 members who participated!
