On January 13th, Great Neck AYLUS hosted another successful tutoring session at the Great Neck Library Station Branch from 6:00-7:00 pm. Junlin worked with his 5th grade students with mathematical problems including many fraction problems, and some unique vocabulary problems. Ivy assisted two younger students with counting numbers from one to ten, and helped another young student to learn about the different decimals in maths. Summer helped students with simplifying fractions and identifying correct vocabularies. Brian helped a 7th grade student with his French homework, some maths and also some social studies. Lastly, Xingzhi helped two students. The younger 5th grade student with maths and older 8th grade student with also maths. Overall it was another great tutoring session to start off the year.
