Many participants expressed their gratitude for the one on one tutoring, as it helped them feel easier to use the high tech device, and help them to connect to online resources and activities. By helping their step by step, seniors gained greater independence in accessing information and engaging with Ridge Oak’s online system. The session also filled the gap of knowledge for seniors regarding technology. For many, it allowed seniors to have a fresh start in the modern age of technology.
