On December 9th, 2025, AYLUS volunteers tutored students at the Great Neck Station Library. Ivy helped students with IXL assignments and math word problems, guiding them through strategies to understand and solve each question. Summer assisted students with completing their science and math homework and provided additional support with decimals for another student. Junlin worked with students on math percentages, reviewed earth science topics about the planets, and helped one student conduct research on the Endurance. Elaine Xing supported one student in long division with decimals and another student in reading comprehension. Throughout the session, all volunteers provided patient, individualized guidance to help students strengthen their academic skills and build confidence. The tutoring session was productive and supportive, reflecting AYLUS’s commitment to education and community service.
