On Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 9 am to 12 pm, members of the AYLUS Roslyn Branch volunteered at Nosh Delivers. Which is a nonprofit food pantry that was founded during 2020 to help the people who needed food.
We helped people choose food from the shelves. There were cans, cereal, drinks, ramen, soup, and K-FIP bags with breakfast or lunch inside. We cleaned and organized the shelves so everything was easy to find. We answered questions and carried heavy bags to people’s cars to make sure they had what they needed. People were very thankful, and it felt good to help.
As a team, we restocked food, kept the place neat, and made sure everyone got the right amount. We also learned about the challenges many families face.
Volunteering at Nosh Delivers was a great experience.
