AYLUS Raritan Valley Branch Fall Clothing Drive

The AYLUS Raritan Valley Branch successfully organized its annual Fall Clothing Drive from October 15th to 29th, collecting clean and gently worn clothing, hats, and gloves for all ages from within our volunteers’ families and the broader community. Our dedicated junior volunteers actively gathered, sorted, and bagged the donations, culminating in a collective contribution of over 295 items. On the afternoon of November 1st, our volunteers consolidated all collected items and delivered them to the Goodwill donation center in East Brunswick at 5:10 PM for distribution to those in need. In recognition of their efforts, participating volunteers earned community service hours based on the quantity of items collected. This initiative not only provided essential support to local charities but also fostered a strong spirit of service and environmental responsibility among our youth, demonstrating a meaningful and positive impact on both our volunteers and the community.
