On Oct.18, 2025, our branch members cleaned up the adopted street from the Whole Food Plaza to the McCrimmon Parkway.
This event aims to enhance the local area’s cleanliness while promoting volunteer community involvement and environmental responsibility. Due to the construction project nearby, so much garbage, like plastic bottles, bags, and wrapping papers, can easily be found along the sidewalk, which can be a serious hazard for people and pets in the community. Volunteers brought gloves, garbage bags, and litter pickers to ensure safe and effective cleaning.
We finally got three bags of garbage today, and felt so happy to see the adopted street spotless again.
