AYLUS Basking Ridge held a Tech Support Program at Ridge Oak Center on 10/20/25, where members helped seniors navigate WeChat, including deleting a group, removing old unwanted messages, and hiding certain moments from friends without deleting them. Participants also asked questions about the most reliable AI sources and how to use the action and camera buttons on the new iPhone.
The session gave seniors practical skills to manage their apps and devices more confidently, helping them stay connected with friends and family while using technology safely. Beyond the technical guidance, the program offered a supportive environment where seniors could ask questions freely, learn at their own pace, and feel empowered by mastering new tools, leaving them more independent and confident in their everyday digital interactions.
