AYLUS Basking Ridge held Tech Support Program at Ridge Oak Center on 8/25/25. Our members helped the seniors with questions about the WIFI system in the center, explained the difference of the WIFI system between the residence and main building, and helped the resident to connect their phone to the right one.We also helped with questions on how to use airdrop to transfer the pictures between different devices, like iPad to iPad, iPad to a phone and phone to iPad. When one of the devices had issues with airdrop and could not bee used, we suggested other ways to transfer the photos, like using WeChat, email or a flashdrive.
