On July 24, Aylus volunteers provided tutoring to younger students at the Great Neck Station Library from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Over the course of the tutoring session, Baiyu Chen assisted a child in pre-K in learning English by reading children’s stories with them and Summer Lu worked with a 3rd grader to improve their understanding of different subjects like Math and English. Meanwhile, Siwoo Song tutored an elementary school student in methods to simplify multiplication with large numbers. All volunteers worked diligently throughout the session and ensured that the tutoring period was productive for all parties involved.
