On Saturday, June 28th, 2025, volunteers from the Syosset AYLUS branch helped out at the Bethpage Garden Club .
Despite cloudy skies and a chance of rain, volunteers were still able to transport and plant seedlings into containers and then outside. They also were able to fill containers with soil for other members to use. The event began at around 9AM, when everyone met at the Maintenance Area, till 11AM. All members from all branches worked diligently and efficiently. The collaboration highlighted the spirit of teamwork and community service shared by both AYLUS and the Bethpage Garden Club.
The Syosset AYLUS branch looks forward to continuing its partnership with the Bethpage Garden Club through future volunteer opportunities that benefit both the environment and the local community.
