On June 15th, we gathered at the Cypress Meadow Clubhouse in Allen, TX, to create pet toys from old clothes for the cats and dogs at the local animal shelter. We started by teaching the new volunteers how to cut t-shirts into strips for making the toys. After that We continued making the pet toys. We are quite productive this time. We made 16 pet toys in total! After finishing, we made sure to clean up. Overall, it was a fun and rewarding experience. We were thrilled to contribute to the well-being of the shelter animals by providing them with these handmade toys.
