On April 1st, 2025, a team of volunteers led by Andrew Wang worked together on the creation of a website made specifically for Frisco AYLUS with other volunteers through the AYLUS Tech and Web Team. The goal of the project team was to develop a user-friendly platform that would make it easier for various volunteer organizations to reach out to us about volunteer opportunities, which would allow Frisco AYLUS to increase our involvement in the community. We also wanted to ensure we had accurate documentation of all past, present, and future AYLUS volunteer events, so the website would also double as a database. To do this however, we had to meticulously research, plan, and design all steps of the process to convey a professional and streamlined impression of Frisco AYLUS through our website while making all information easily accessible, no matter the date or category. In this meeting, our team members got together to work on the design and layout of the website, as well as finding the correct host and software needed to transfer all the posts to the website. It was a very long and tedious process, and we thank all of our volunteers greatly for their hard work. Without all the hours and hard work put in by each one of our volunteers, this project surely would have not succeeded.
