On March 30th, 2025, Murrieta AYLUS volunteered at local senior centers.
At Torrey Pines Senior Living:
Arriving to exercise time, the volunteers helped cut grapes, wash blueberries, and crumble bread on yoghurt as a mini parfait snack. After the residents finished exercising, they handed out the cups of yoghurt and fed some of the residents by hand, before cleaning up and passing out water and juice. They conducted a short word game that was spring themed, then took time painting some of the residents’ nails. As the weather grew warmer, the residents were taken outside to enjoy the sun before they were taken to lunch.

On March 30th, 2025, Murrieta AYLUS played piano for seniors.
Members brought many books with a variety of genre of pieces to play from. They saw some seniors already waiting for them on the sofas and greeted them. A few seniors also sat on the chairs outside the library and listened to the music for a bit. Members played some famous broadway pieces for the seniors, which got them pumped up and excited. At the end, song requests were made before the members said goodbye.
