On January 18th, AYLUS Houston members volunteered at the Katy Christian Ministry (KCM) Resale Center, dedicating an hour and a half to supporting its mission of helping families in need. This session focused on sorting donated clothing, ensuring that items were properly organized for resale and distribution.
By assisting with this task, our volunteers helped the center maintain efficiency, allowing the proceeds from sales to support essential community programs. Their dedication and teamwork played a crucial role in keeping the store well-stocked and accessible to those who rely on its services.
We are grateful to KCM for providing us with the opportunity to give back and to all our volunteers for their hard work. Their willingness to serve highlights the impact that collective efforts can have in strengthening community support systems.
