On January 4, 2025, Joshua Dong led a group of volunteers consisting of four middle schoolers and five high schoolers to build two picnic tables for the Regional Intervention Program (RIP). The group worked together from 1:00 to 4:00 PM, with each member earning three volunteer hours for their efforts. Joshua also spent three hours preparing for the event, including one hour purchasing wood and nails and two hours assisting his dad in cutting the wood.
