During Christmas days, the AYLUS Volunteers play an essential role in maintaining the Christmas light displays in the park. These dedicated individuals are tasked with regularly monitoring the lights, ensuring everything remains in working order throughout the holiday season. They inspect the entire park, walking through pathways and checking trees, sculptures, and other features illuminated by the festive lights. If any bulbs are damaged or strings of lights go out, volunteers quickly report the issue to the event coordinators or maintenance team, ensuring swift repairs. Their vigilance helps keep the display looking magical for visitors, enhancing the overall holiday experience.
