On November 17th, 2024, Phoenix AYLUS members showed up bright and early on a cold Sunday morning to help setup run aid stations at Ironman’s Triathlon running route. Volunteers were responsible for setting up tables and helping sort and distribute critical supplies such as water, energy drinks, gels, snacks, and ice to exhausted runners. The group had an amazing time helping the athletes and chatting with new volunteer friends throughout the entire shift (9:00 am. – 2:30 pm.).
