Today, our group of AYLUS members were volunteers at the AGAPE Special Needs Program at the DCFC church. Today was filled with dancing, lessons, and activities. One of those activities was making dog toys. This idea is very innovative as these handmade dog toys are made out of gently used t-shirts to promote reusability. The braiding used to make the toy is not too difficult for the kids to understand. In fact, many of our helpers worked with the kids as a team to complete a dog toy. The kids and the helpers had a lot of fun this morning. We are happy to be able to spread happiness and kindness to the AGAPE Special Needs Program.
