On November 10th 2024, AYLUS members volunteered at their local elderly center. To start off, they passed aroud pool noodles to everyone who could hold on. They then put on some 70’s music to which they did the exercise to. After the workout, residents were all brought outside and were served a snack of yogurt topped with cheerios. After the snack, the members were led outside to enjoy the pleasantly warm autumn day and juice was passed around. Members were taken for walks around the garden before it was time for Lunch and they were all led back inside.

On November 10th, 2024, Murrieta AYLUS members played piano and scooped ice cream.
Members greeted the usual seniors awaiting them, asking how their day was before setting up the piano. They started off with some classical pieces that were popular from when they played before. Then, they moved to some old Christmas music that the seniors sang along to. In between, members took song requests from the seniors and tried their best to sightread it. To end their time there, members finished off with a popular classical piece. In the ice cream parlor, members made sure to sanitize their hands before serving anyone. When cleaning up, they wiped off the counter surfaces and locked everything back up.
