On the afternoon of October 14, 2024, volunteers participated in two Zoom meetings with the Light and Salt Association to gather requirements for an upcoming website and database development projects. In the first meeting, they spoke with Ms. Sharon, the director of the LSA Special Needs Caring Center, to document her requests for modifying the existing web page and adding new projects. In the second meeting, they met with Yu and Dr. Sun to outline requirements for reorganizing the LSA website and creating a new client and volunteer database. Through this project, the volunteers will apply their skills and passion to make a meaningful impact on the special needs community and cancer patients.
