The Metro Detroit Branch participated in the annual RCS Hometown Hustle 5K event. Each year, RCS holds a 5K run for anyone in the community to participate in. The 5K is a fundraising effort, made to raise money for better education and service in the Rochester District schools. Many come to have fun, give their kids a good experience, or even try to break a personal record for themselves.
The members helped give away goodie bags, break down tents, and store tables onto a truck to help take down the entire event.
